Welcome to small town country living! Our homes are nestled in a country setting surrounded by green pastures and it’s not uncommon to catch a glimpse of deer especially in the fall. We are situated 30-45 minutes to larger communities with amenities and only 1-1 and 1/2 hrs from a major city. We offer personalized programs to ensure your loved ones needs are met and that they attain and maintain their independence level. Our clients attend a Day Hab facility during the week where they continue to learn new skills. Our clients also have the opportunity to engage in physical exercise, going to the library, different community outings which include movie days, discussing current events, arts and crafts and so much more!
