La Grange

Take a drive to historic La Grange Texas which is full of Texas history and home to Monument Hill State Park. We have several homes in La Grange with several more in surrounding communities. All our homes are approximately 30 minutes from other neighboring towns and major conveniences. We also about a 20 minute drive for easy access to IH 10 which makes traveling to major cities convenient. We offer personalized programs to ensure your loved ones needs are met and that they attain and maintain their independence level. Our clients attend a Day Hab facility during the week where they continue to learn new skills. Our clients also have the opportunity to engage in physical exercise, going to the library, different community outings which include movie days, bowling, discussing current events, arts and crafts and so much more!
