Vision Statement

Our vision is to create a world where every individual with developmental disabilities leads an extraordinary life filled with dignity, independence, and belonging. Through unwavering dedication and innovative approaches, we aspire to be pioneers in promoting community living and empowerment for those we serve.

Who We Are

We serve individuals with developmental disabilities aged 18 and up.

Kenmar Residential Services, founded in 1986 by Dr. William and Mary Gray, has a long history of supporting individuals with disabilities. Ken Gray II has been an integral part in his family's legacy of providing quality care for the individuals we serve. In 2024 he acquired the La Grange and Gonzales County areas, forming Gray Legacy Services. This new chapter builds upon the dedication and compassion established by "Doc" and Mary Gray, ensuring their legacy of exceptional care continues.

ICF/ID Services:

This is a group home service model with the unique characteristic of being available to anyone who meets eligibility criteria without a formal waiting list. Gray Legacy Services has fifteen (15) ICF group homes in Bastrop, Colorado, Fayette, Gonzales, and Lee counties. These homes are 6-bed facilities. Each individual in these homes has access to various services, including Day Habilitation, independent living skills training, supported employment, nursing, dental, adaptive aids, and others. Like all of our services, the ICF program relies on the individual expressing what they think they want and need, and the program is figuring out a way to provide just that.

Eligibility for ICF/ID:

Adults and children diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities who meet the Level of Care 8 criteria. This means the person must have a valid Determination of Intellectual Disability or qualify under an identified related condition with an IQ of 75 or below. Individuals do not have to be in other services with Gray Legacy Services to qualify for placement in our ICF/ID group homes. We have fifteen (15) ICF group homes in Bastrop, Colorado, Fayette, Gonzales, and Lee counties.
